Absentee Voting: Now until 8 p.m. Election Day

Early Voting: Now through October 23, from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Advance Voting: October 26-30, from 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Election Day: November 3, from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Runoff Election Day: December 1, from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Absentee Voting
You may vote by absentee ballot for any reason. If you need an absentee ballot, print and fill out the Application for Official Absentee Ballot and mail or fax it to the Voter Registration and Elections Office.

An absentee ballot containing all instructions for voting will be delivered to you by mail to your registered voter address or to an indicated temporary address located outside of the county.

Remember: Your absentee ballot must be received in the appropriate county elections office by 8 p.m. on Election Day to be counted.

Early Voting and Advance Voting
What is the difference between Early voting and Advance voting? Georgia allows for two periods of voting before Election Day. Early Voting typically occurs up to 30 days before Election Day and is available only at county election offices. Advance Voting occurs the week before Election Day and is at several locations in the county. Please note that there is no Advance Voting the day before the election.
